Sparkling Delicious at the Maplewood Rock & Gem Show

Sparkling Delicious is heading to the Edmonds Rock Show! Join me August 8 and 9, 2026 for the Maplewood Rock & Gem Club’s 19th Annual Rock & Mineral Sale. Around here, we’ll just call it what it is: a fabulous Rock & Gem Show filled with crystals, minerals, fossils, jewelry and treasures waiting to be discovered.

The show runs from 10 AM to 5 PM on both Saturday and Sunday, and admission is completely free.

Even better, there will be more than 20 dealers! So, whether you are a serious rockhound or simply someone who cannot walk past a sparkly rock without picking it up, this is going to be a fun weekend.

This year’s Maplewood Rock & Gem Show is an especially cool one. The Maplewood Rock & Gem Club is celebrating 75 years of rockhounding in Edmonds, dating all the way back to 1951.

That is a whole lot of rocks.

Over the decades, the club has brought together people who share an appreciation for geology, minerals, fossils, lapidary arts and collecting. Therefore, this annual event is a great opportunity to meet fellow rock lovers while seeing an enormous variety of specimens in one place.

Expect tables filled with rocks, gems, minerals, crystals and fossils, with something interesting around practically every corner.

And somewhere among all those treasures, you’ll find Sparkling Delicious.

I’ll be vending with a fresh assortment of Sparkling Delicious crystals, jewelry and other unusual treasures both days of the show.

If you have visited macywood.com but prefer seeing things in person before choosing your favorites, this is your chance. Crystals are particularly good at refusing to behave for the camera. Sometimes you just need to hold one, turn it around in the light and see what it actually does.

The same goes for jewelry. Photos are helpful, but nothing beats seeing the stones, textures and little details up close.

Plus, there is something about a Rock & Gem Show that turns shopping into treasure hunting. You may arrive looking for one particular crystal and leave fascinated by a fossil, mineral or stone you had never even heard of before.

Personally, I think that is part of the fun.

The Edmonds Rock Show is a perfect weekend destination for collectors, crystal lovers, jewelry fans and curious treasure hunters.

With more than 20 dealers, there should be plenty to explore. You can take your time looking through mineral specimens, crystals, fossils and all sorts of other geological goodies. Meanwhile, I’ll have the Sparkling Delicious booth stocked and ready for browsing.

Best of all, admission is FREE, so you can bring a friend, wander the show and see what catches your eye.
