Hexagonal Flash is a Lemurian Quartz Labradorite Pendant

This Lemurian Quartz Labradorite Pendant from my Keys to the Castle Collection combines a natural Lemurian quartz crystal point, faceted blue-flashy hexagonal labradorite, and sculptural electroformed copper.

The labradorite sits above the quartz in a crisp hexagonal setting, catching flashes of blue as the light moves across its surface. That geometric detail gives this Key a slightly more architectural feel, while the surrounding copper keeps the piece fluid and organic.

Curves and swirls of electroformed copper frame the stones and give Hexagonal Flash its own distinctive personality within the collection.

Each piece begins with stones I select and prepare before they spend time in my electroforming tank, where electricity, copper, chemistry, and patience slowly build the finished form. It is part jewelry making, part experiment, and exactly the kind of process that keeps this mad scientist sorceress happy.

Although I return to the Key to the Castle design again and again, no two finished Keys develop exactly alike. Natural variation in the Lemurian quartz and labradorite combines with the organic electroforming process, giving every pendant its own individual character.

The finished copper is sealed with ProtectaClear, a clear protective coating that helps preserve the copper finish and slow natural tarnishing from wear and exposure.
